This is an opportunity to become the Founding recruiter, with genuine ownership and the chance to shape how the business attracts, assesses, and hires talent. What they're looking for: Previous experience recruiting within the defense industry is essential. A strong track record hiring technical and engineering talent, particularly across hardware-focused environments. Experience working in fast-paced startups or high-growth organizations. Someone comfortable owning recruitment end-to-end, from sourcing and candidate engagement through to offer acceptance. The ability to improve existing processes, introduce structure, and build a more scalable recruitment function.
