Part Time - Overnight Shifts (Friday and Saturday 11pm-7am) Duties Include Positively assess individual mental health, co‑occurring disorders, and functional strengths and needs. Develop and implement plans for goal achievement and evaluate short‑term and long‑term progress on a regular and continuous basis in accordance with program policies and standards. In collaboration with persons served regularly plan and participate in group social‑recreational activities as part of the rehabilitative program and process. Regularly plan with and provide training to persons served in planning and preparation of nutritious meals and snacks. Actively assist persons served in utilizing primary health services, including preventative care and annual physicals, and encourage participation in health and wellness activities. Assist persons served in identification, acquisition, utilization, and maintenance of appropriate community resources including social, behavioral health, vocational, and recreation services. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human service‑related field, or two years post‑high school coursework in a human services field plus two years relevant experience/training of a professional nature. Demonstrated knowledge and skills in mental health rehabilitation and recovery principles, service delivery, and behavior intervention/management practices on a direct service level. Basic knowledge of characteristics and needs of persons with serious mental illness, including persons with co‑occurring mental illness and substance use disorders. Ability to maintain effective working relationships with individuals of diverse backgrounds, persons with serious mental illness and co‑occurring mental illness and substance use disorders, family members, behavioral health professionals, government representatives, and the public at large. Ability to initiate and complete tasks in areas of responsibility with moderate supervision. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing. Ability and willingness to work varied shifts and schedules, including evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays as assigned.
