Short Description

We're seeking a highly organized Social Media Specialist to schedule, coordinate, and publish content across multiple hospitality brands. All photo and video assets will be provided; this role does not involve filming content or creating UGC. This is initially a part-time position, with the possibility of becoming full-time for someone who can also support paid media.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts for multiple hotels, restaurants, and food and beverage brands
• Schedule and publish client-provided content
• Coordinate content calendars across different brands and platforms
• Organize creative assets, deadlines, and approvals
• Ensure content is published accurately and on schedule

Qualifications

• Experience managing and scheduling social media content
• Ability to manage multiple accounts or brands
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Strong time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hospitality, lifestyle, restaurant, or multi-location brands
• Agency experience managing multiple client accounts
• Experience with social media management platforms
• Paid media experience is a plus
