We're looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Specialist to create and manage high-performing social media content for medical and aesthetic practices. You'll work across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, creating strategic, compliant, and visually compelling content designed to attract, educate, engage, and convert patients. This is a hands-on content role for someone who understands how to combine strong copywriting, short-form video, platform trends, and performance data to create social media that looks polished, sounds human, and drives meaningful business results.

What You'll Do

• Plan, create, and schedule social media content tailored to plastic surgery, medical spa, and specialty practice audiences.
• Create static posts, Reels, Stories, carousels, and short-form video content.
• Write clear, on-brand captions that balance education, trust-building, engagement, and soft conversion.
• Stay current on platform trends and quickly adapt content formats, particularly for short-form video.
• Maintain organized content calendars for multi-location and multi-provider accounts.

Content Coordination & Brand Management

• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and account managers to maintain consistent campaign execution.
• Maintain brand guidelines across social media channels.
• Follow healthcare compliance standards and avoid before-and-after claims that violate platform or medical advertising requirements.
• Engage professionally with audience comments and messages when needed.

Analytics & Optimization

• Monitor social media performance and engagement.
• Report key metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate business impact beyond followers and likes.
• Use performance insights to continuously improve content strategy and execution.

Qualifications Required

• 1–3+ years of hands-on social media experience, either within an agency or in-house environment.
• Strong writing skills and an eye for clean, professional visual content.
• Experience creating and managing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Understanding of basic social media analytics and the difference between meaningful engagement and vanity metrics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple clients.
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, or medical marketing.
• Experience creating short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, or similar social media scheduling tools.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Canva and ability to support light design work.
• Interest in using AI tools to improve content production speed and efficiency.
