What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair a variety of maintenance issues, including HVAC, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, safety requirements, and applicable laws Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance service requests Communicate effectively with residents and office staff regarding repairs, updates, and follow‑up needs Contribute to a team culture built on accountability, respect, and delivering excellent resident experiences Compensation & Incentives Base Pay: $23.00 - $25.00/hour Up to 50% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions On‑Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on‑call phone Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off, including 10 paid holidays and sick leave Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Paid rotating on‑call participation required Must be available and prepared for emergency situations and weather‑related events Schedule subject to change based on business needs.
