Key Responsibilities Review and analyze immigration documents for validity and status Draft case documents, statutory forms, and letters of support for NIV petitions Communicate with clients and foreign nationals regarding case processing and status Required Qualifications 3-4 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal, with expertise in complex matters Bachelor's degree is highly desirable Experience handling a range of NIV cases and green card processes Ability to manage a high volume of active and inactive cases Intermediate proficiency with MS Suite and immigration case processing software
