Hill Top Craftsmen is looking for dependable Commercial Framers who enjoy working as part of a skilled team and take pride in producing quality work.

Whether your experience comes from commercial framing or strong residential framing, we're looking for individuals who are dependable, coachable, and interested in building a long-term career with a growing company.

• Install wood framing components according to plans and specifications
• Assist with layout, walls, floors, and roof framing
• Follow direction from the Lead Framer and Foreman
• Maintain quality workmanship throughout each project
• Follow company safety standards and job site procedures
• Keep work areas organized and productive
• Contribute to completing projects on schedule

• Framing experience in commercial or residential construction
• Ability to read basic construction drawings is preferred
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve
• Team player who communicates well with others
• Reliable transportation to job sites

• $24-$28 per hour , based on experience
