WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
Pay : We offer our HVAC Installation Team Lead a competitive wage of $40-$55 per hour .

Schedule : This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM , with overtime available . Employees report to a central location before traveling in company vehicle to their assigned job sites.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As our HVAC Installation Team Lead, you'll oversee HVAC and mechanical system installations from start to finish. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, review equipment placement and project expectations, lead and support your installation crew, complete startup and closeout paperwork, oversee equipment and piping installation, ensure workmanship meets company standards, and keep projects on track.
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- Valid driver's license
- Connecticut State D or S License
At least 2 years of HVAC experience is preferred.
