Job Summary

Vista Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a seasoned, hands-on maintenance professional to join our team as a Traveling Maintenance Technician. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for completing apartment turns, repairs, and property support across our properties. If you're a skilled maintenance tech with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering high-quality results, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview

• Based out of Wichita, Kansas

• Up to 50% travel across properties

• Focus on apartment turns, repairs, and property support

Key Responsibilities

• Complete full unit turns (drywall, flooring, fixtures, punch work)

• Perform carpentry repairs and improvements

• Handle exterior painting and touch-ups

• Jump in wherever needed – problem solver mindset

• Support teams during high-demand periods and special projects

Requirements

• Experienced maintenance tech (multifamily preferred)

• Strong skills in:

  • Apartment turns

  • Carpentry

  • Exterior painting

• HVAC knowledge is a BIG plus

• Self-starter with a can-do attitude

• Reliable, professional, and able to travel
