Scharp is seeking a Lead Care Manager to oversee care coordination and management for Members in a behavioral health setting. The role focuses on safe, efficient, and effective care, while managing day-to-day ECM operations and ensuring staff are trained in current protocols. The position requires a Bachelor's in a related field (or RN/LVN/paraprofessional with 2+ years in case management) and experience with homelessness, SMI/SUD, and other CalAIM populations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Scharp
