El Auditor es responsable de ejecutar visitas a los puntos de venta según el rutero semanal asignado, recopilando información clave sobre marcas, promociones, precios, oportunidades y faltantes. Su labor contribuye a optimizar la presencia y desempeño de los productos en el mercado, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares y detectando áreas de mejora. Requisitos del puesto: Conocimiento y domino de Excel Proactividad, organización y atención al detalle. Licencia de conducir de Puerto Rico vigente y vehículo de transportación. Disponibilidad para viajar al territorio según el rutero semanal asignado. Preferible experiencia previa en merchandising y/o en el punto de venta. Manejo de herramientas digitales, uso de Excel, Google Forms, apps de auditoría y sistemas de reporte. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales con clientes y personal gerencial. Experiencia en procesos de control de inventario y dominio en el “trade”. Habilidad para completar reportes de auditoria con precisión y detalle. Capacidad para recopilar datos de precios, promociones, disponibilidad de productos y exhibiciones en puntos de venta. Disponibilidad para cumplir con los días y horarios de trabajo. Deberes y responsabilidades esenciales del puesto: Ejecutar visitas según el rutero semanal asignado, asegurando cobertura completa de los puntos de venta. Recopilar data relevante, incluyendo precios, promociones, disponibilidad de productos y desempeño de la competencia. Llenar el reporte de auditoria con información precisa y detallada. Mantener una comunicación efectiva y proactiva con el personal de la tienda, el supervisor y cliente para coordinar acciones correctivas. Documentar con fotos cualquier hallazgo importante sobre nuestras marcas y la competencia. Informar al personal clave establecido por tienda sobre oportunidades de inventarios, para asegurar la intergridad y disponibilidad en el sistema. Realizar conteo y auditoria del modular de nuestras marcas de ser requerido por la tienda, se deberá ser coordinado con el Supervisor. Cumplir con los estándares de confidencialidad y manejo de información sensitiva, asegurando la protección de los datos estratégicos de la empresa. Adherirse estrictamente a los procesos y políticas internas, garantizando el cumplimiento de las normativas establecidas. Utilizar los canales de comunicación adecuado para la transmisión de información, asegurando claridad y eficiencia en la comunicación interna. Reportar datos de manera transparente y veraz, asegurando que la información recopilada refleje fielmente la realidad del punto de venta. Actuar con integridad y ética profesional, representando los valores de la empresa en cada interacción con clientes y colaboradores. Mantener cumplimiento con las medidas y guías de salud y seguridad en el área de trabajo. Requiere proveer servicio de merchandising para eventos y necesidades especiales que sean solicitadas. Ejecución de otras tareas adicionales relacionadas al puesto. Competencias y destrezas requeridas: Destrezas de organización, planificación, disciplina, dinamismo, iniciativa y compromiso. Análisis y resolución de problemas, habilidad para evaluar situaciones y proponer soluciones efectivas. Atención al detalle, capacidad para identificar errores, inconsistencia y oportunidades en el punto de venta. Orientación a resultados, enfoque en el cumplimiento de objetivos y mejora continua en el proceso de auditoria. Comunicación efectiva, capacidad para interactuar con personal de tienda, supervisores y equipo de trabajo. Manejo de herramientas digitales, uso de Excel, Google Forms, apps de auditoría y sistemas de reporte. Adaptabilidad, capacidad para ajustarse a cambios en ruteros, procesos y estrategias comerciales. Documentación y reportes, precisión y claridad en la recopilación y presentación de información. Demanda física y mental requerida para el puesto. Frecuentemente la persona se encuentra en constante movimiento, debe utilizar sus brazos para agarrar, sus dedos y manos para manejar celulares, hablar y escuchar mientras realiza la entrada de datos o utiliza los dispositivos electrónicos. #J-18808-Ljbffr The-Retail-Group
