Business Analyst Specialist

Empresa líder en distribución y consumo masivo busca un(a) Business Analyst para apoyar la toma de decisiones comerciales mediante análisis de datos, identificación de oportunidades de crecimiento y optimización de estrategias de ventas, precios y rentabilidad. La posición tendrá un rol clave en el desarrollo de análisis estratégicos relacionados con desempeño comercial, distribución, revenue management y métricas operacionales, colaborando directamente con equipos de ventas y liderazgo ejecutivo. Analizar información comercial y de mercado para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento por cliente, categoría y SKU. Desarrollar análisis estratégicos relacionados con ventas, rentabilidad, pricing y desempeño operacional. Monitorear indicadores clave como Fill Rate, OTIF, Out-of-Stock y cobertura de inventario. Evaluar oportunidades de optimización de precios y margen por canal y cliente. Preparar dashboards, reportes ejecutivos y business reviews para apoyar la toma de decisiones. Colaborar con el equipo comercial en el desarrollo de planes de acción y proyecciones de crecimiento. Analizar desempeño de productos, visibilidad en punto de venta y utilización de shelf space. Extraer, validar y consolidar información de sistemas comerciales, financieros y operacionales. Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos, análisis y manejo de datos. Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial o áreas relacionadas. 2 a 3 años de experiencia en análisis comercial, business intelligence, revenue management o trade marketing. Experiencia en empresas de distribución, consumo masivo (FMCG) o multinacionales. Conocimiento de dinámicas de retail y cadenas de supermercados. Dominio avanzado de Excel y herramientas de visualización como Power BI o Tableau. #J-18808-Ljbffr FiDelis Solutions
