Regulatory Product/Program Manager We are looking for a Regulatory Product/Program Manager to support the delivery of regulatory and e-invoicing initiatives across Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Invoicing, and Order-to-Cash (O2C) systems. In this role, you will work closely with Product, Technology, Finance, Tax, Compliance, PMO, and external vendors to translate regulatory requirements into clear business and technical requirements and drive those requirements through implementation, testing, and go-live. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who understands both financial systems and regulatory technology requirements. Key Responsibilities Understand government, tax, regulatory, business, and platform requirements related to invoicing and financial systems. Translate regulatory requirements into clear business, functional, and technical requirements for Product and Technology teams. Lead system and process impact assessments to identify required changes, dependencies, risks, and affected systems. Partner with Tax, Compliance, Finance, Product, Technology, vendors, and PMO teams to finalize requirements and resolve open issues. Own requirements documentation, process flows, data mappings, decisions, dependencies, and implementation status. Track project milestones, risks, blockers, dependencies, and action items through delivery. Support SIT, UAT, testing, go-live, and production readiness activities. Develop and maintain business requirements, user stories, functional requirements, and UAT/SIT test scenarios. Work with technology teams to ensure regulatory changes are implemented accurately and within required timelines. Support international regulatory and e-invoicing initiatives across multiple countries and legal entities. Help develop scalable and reusable solutions that can support future global e-invoicing and regulatory requirements. Provide regular status updates and escalations to the central PMO. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Business Systems Analysis, or IT Delivery. Strong experience with Accounts Receivable, Billing, Invoicing, or Order-to-Cash (O2C) systems and processes. Hands-on experience with a major ERP or billing platform such as Oracle ERP/EBS, Oracle Fusion, SAP, Workday Financials, or equivalent. Experience supporting international regulatory reporting, e-invoicing, VAT/GST reporting, statutory reporting, or cross-border compliance initiatives. Experience with XML, EDI, data mapping, field-level mapping, and regulatory reporting formats. Experience working with tax/regulatory technology platforms such as ONESOURCE, Vertex, Sovos, Avalara, or similar platforms. Strong experience creating business/functional requirements, user stories, UAT/SIT test scripts, process flows, and implementation documentation. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing regulatory implementations across multiple countries or legal entities. Experience working with Big 4 consulting/advisory firms on regulatory or financial systems implementations. Experience with Jira and Confluence. Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools. PMP, CBAP, Six Sigma, or similar certification.
