Responsibilities And Duties Include Creation of business entities Advising clients regarding corporate governance, tax, and business succession planning Representing clients in mergers & acquisitions, financings, and real estate transactions Requirements Member in good standing of the Florida Bar 3+years of experience as a transactional attorney and M&A Ability to interact comfortably with business owners and c-suite executives; strong drafting skills; highly team-oriented Prior knowledge and experience in the areas of corporate governance, succession planning, tax, mergers & acquisitions, financing, or real estate is preferred Please note: Compensation depends on level of experience and may be different than the pay range indicated here.
