Step into a dynamic school-based role near Palm City, FL, supporting PK-8th grade students in a vibrant educational setting. As a valued professional, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in students’ academic and emotional lives throughout the school year, beginning September 29th, 2026 and concluding June 1st, 2027. This contract position offers 35 hours per week and will involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in person across one or multiple campuses.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Florida Department of Health School Psychologist License
• Previous experience in a school setting highly preferred
• Skilled in conducting assessments, writing reports, and implementing interventions
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable working with PK-8th grade students
• Must be able to complete separate district fingerprinting (previous prints in the AHCA Clearinghouse may be transferable) and appear in-person for badging at HR
• Availability for immediate interviews is essential

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments for students ranging from pre-kindergarten to 8th grade
• Participate in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other school-based professionals to support student success
• Offer counseling and behavioral intervention plans as appropriate
• Maintain detailed documentation and regular communication with stakeholders
