Property Accountant

Salary: $65,000-$77,000 + Bonus

Location: Pompano Beach, FL

Work Schedule: Onsite Monday-Thursday | Work From Home Fridays

What You'll Do

Review, process, and post Accounts Payable invoices
Manage month end close for multiple entities, including general ledger, financial statements, and balance sheet support schedules
Perform bank reconciliations and prepare/post journal entries
Record accruals and conduct detailed balance sheet reviews
Analyze monthly results by comparing actuals to budget and explaining variances and trends
Complete CAM reconciliations

What We're Looking For

Strong work ethic with the ability to multitask and stay detail oriented
Property accounting experience preferred
Solid understanding of accounting principles with advanced Excel skills
Experience with Yardi software is a plus
