What’s a typical day as - Quality Control (QC) Inspector? You’ll be:

• Performing moderately complex tests and analyses to ensure products meet established specifications.
• Carrying out calculations and preparing documentation for test results.
• Completing records of inspection results, including acceptance, rejection, and disposition.
• Entering data into log books or computer databases.
• Conducting scheduled calibration and maintenance on testing equipment.
• Performing specialized product and customer quality testing.
• Implementing revisions, corrections, and changes to test equipment, procedures, and methods.
• Troubleshooting defective products returned by customers to determine root causes of failure.
• Participating in discussions with quality, engineering, and other relevant departments to develop corrective actions for recurring problems.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have previous experience in quality control, inspection, or a related manufacturing environment (must have).
• Possess strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Are comfortable entering data and maintaining records using log books or computer databases.
• Have the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
• Can effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Are detail-oriented and able to follow established procedures and protocols.
