Join us and be part of a company where your impact truly matters.What You'll Do as an Apartment Leasing Manager:We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Manager who can oversee leasing operations while supporting the daily functions of the community. In this role, you will:Lease apartments to maintain strong occupancy and contribute to revenue goalsManage rent collection, posting of rent, and issuance of late noticesAssist with accepting move out notices, service requests, and resident transfer requestsSupport managerial duties and help ensure smooth daily operationsMaintain confidentiality of all resident information and documentationPrepare reports, administrative paperwork, and required leasing documentationAssist in maintaining an active social media presence to increase visibility and generate trafficSupport, coach, and help develop the Leasing Agent to strengthen leasing performanceProvide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective rentersWork collaboratively with the Property Manager and onsite team to support community successWhat We're Looking For in the Apartment Leasing Manager:Minimum 2 Years previous experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry with strong leasing experience (REQUIRED)Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to closeExcellent customer service and communication abilitiesProfessional demeanor, appearance, and work ethicFlexible schedule – some weekends are REQUIREDSocial media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferredStable work historyValid driver's license and reliable transportationBilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not requiredImportant: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.What Adara Offers You:Competitive payExcellent commission opportunitiesMedical, Dental, Vision, & Life InsuranceGenerous PTORental housing discountsA supportive, people-first cultureSalary Range: $21-$24/hourIf you're an experienced leasing professional with exceptional sales and customer service skills looking for a community and company that values your expertise, we'd love to hear from you.
