$95,000+ On-Target Earnings (OTE)
$45,000–$50,000 Base + 2% UNCAPPED Commission
Warm Inbound Leads + Existing Customer Accounts
Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED

We are hiring an experienced  Industrial Sales Representative to join an established manufacturing and automation company in Miami.

This opportunity offers a $45,000–$50,000 base salary plus 2% uncapped commission on sales , with expected  on-target earnings of $95,000+for a salesperson who consistently meets sales goals.

There is no commission cap.

Even better, this is  not a traditional cold-calling sales position.

You will work with:

• Warm inbound leads
• Existing customer accounts
• Previous customers
• Customers already interested in industrial equipment and automation solutions
• Engineering and technical teams that support you throughout the sales process

The company sells everything from individual industrial equipment to  large six-figure custom automation projects , giving strong salespeople significant commission potential.

Compensation

Base Salary: $45,000–$50,000

Commission: 2% of sales –  UNCAPPED

Expected OTE:  $95,000+

Your income grows directly with your performance.

Technical Support

Engineering and internal support teams assist with specifications, drawings, samples, quotes, and technical project requirements.

Uncapped Earning Potential

Your commission is 2% of sales with no cap , allowing top performers to exceed the stated OTE.

What You'll Do

• Respond to and qualify warm inbound sales leads
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Reconnect with previous customers and identify additional sales opportunities
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate industrial equipment and automation solutions
• Work closely with Engineering to develop solutions for customer needs
• Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotes
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle
• Consistently follow up on open quotes and active opportunities
• Negotiate and close sales
• Identify opportunities for repeat and additional business
• Coordinate with Sales Support and internal teams after the sale
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in the CRM
• Keep your sales pipeline organized and actively moving toward close

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish – REQUIRED
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Proven ability to follow up consistently and close business
• Comfortable managing multiple customers and sales opportunities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with CRM systems
• Ability to learn technical products and solutions
• Ability to communicate customer requirements clearly to Engineering and internal teams
• Motivated by performance and  uncapped commission potential
• Comfortable working  on-site in Miami Monday through Friday

Preferred Experience

Experience selling within any of the following industries is highly desirable:

• Manufacturing
• Industrial equipment
• Conveyor systems
• Automation
• Packaging equipment
• Material handling
• Machinery
• Robotics
• Mechanical equipment
• Engineering-related products
• Technical B2B products or services

Industrial experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong B2B sales background and the ability to learn technical products are encouraged to apply.
