As a Security Officer Patrol Clearance Required in Gilbert, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $24.38 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Mon 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Tue 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Wed 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Sat 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM

Sun 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.

+ Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate contacts according to site protocol.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, controlled areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, remaining aware of varying working environments and conditions.

+ Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, observing visitor activity, and reporting security-related concerns.

+ Support a professional presence at an aero and defense location by communicating clearly with site contacts and assisting with routine security-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

+ Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
