As a Security Officer Patrol with Active Clearance in Gilbert, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Mon 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

Thur 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

Fri 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

Sat 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

Sun 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions and/or potential security-related concerns.

+ Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help support compliance with location rules for controlled or sensitive areas.

+ Complete routine reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership and/or client representatives regarding incidents, maintenance issues, or other security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

+ Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
