This includes assessment, analysis, treatment planning, implementation supervision, caregiver collaboration, and ongoing coaching of behavioral technicians. Treatment plans address medical necessity and may be delivered in CARD centers, patients’ homes, schools, community settings, or via telehealth. Clinical Supervisors report to the Group Clinical Manager and occupy a salaried, exempt, full‑time role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Uses clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient Develops and maintains treatment plans Ensures all supervision hours achieve 100% treatment adherence each month Evaluates patients to identify skill deficits and strengths Analyzes challenging behaviors to identify their function Develops functionally relevant plans to reduce challenging behaviors Observes treatment implementation for potential revisions Monitors treatment integrity to ensure satisfactory implementation of protocols Directs behavior technicians in new or revised protocols Provides ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians Primarily works physically within the center to support technicians and follow best practices of direct observation Summarizes and analyzes data to evaluate patient progress toward goals and adjusts protocols based on data Updates treatment plans at least once per month, based upon patient response Fulfill a minimum of 120 payor/client‑authorized billable hours per month, inclusive of supervisory and therapy hours Accurately communicates treatment response to stakeholders (caregivers, payers) Coordinates care with other professionals Administers, completes, and scores standardized assessments Includes caregiver as part of the treatment team, evidenced by consistent caregiver collaboration meetings Interacts with payers professionally, thoroughly, and informatively Engages with payers as needed for funding meetings (IEP, peer reviews) Stays up to date on best practices for ABA treatment to ensure clinical excellence Maintains appropriate documentation in Skills and the patient’s medical record Communicates effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues Provides a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues Maintains HIPAA compliance at all times Partners consistently and effectively with other center leadership (Operations Manager, Clinical Supervisors, Administrative Coordinator, Technician Leads) Other duties as assigned Requirements Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Empathetic and compassionate, with strict confidentiality Collaborative, positive, solution‑focused attitude toward team members Independent problem‑solving with strong clinical judgment Effective verbal and written communication Excellent time‑management and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment Excellent computer skills (MSExcel, Word, Outlook) and proficiency with new systems and iPads Desire to continuously learn and develop skill sets Willingness to work in a variety of locations (center, patient home, etc.) Willingness to work with a variety of patients Reliable transportation with auto insurance Proficiency in English, both written and verbal Work Environment Treatment may occur in home, center, school, community, or via telehealth. Supervisors work indoors and outdoors, moving between locations throughout the day. Environments may feature loud or excessive noise. Physical Requirements Work with patients seated on the floor, in small chairs, or other home, school, community, and clinic environments Move frequently to gather materials, anticipate and respond to patient movement, or provide instruction in various settings Position oneself to respond to patient movements and behaviors, including bending, kneeling, crouching, or reaching to protect the patient or others Use continuous visual tracking to monitor patient movement and surroundings Occasionally move to evade aggressive behaviors or block attempts to aggress toward others Respond to behaviors that may require bearing weight of a patient who is leaning, pushing, etc. Teach patients to use vocal speech; articulate sound and model speaking clearly, and shape vocal communication of patients Occasionally model gross‑motor skills such as climbing or jumping, and fine‑motor skills such as clapping or opening a container Work in both indoor and outdoor settings, including various weather conditions (e.g., community skills, school recess) Lifts up to 30lbs while assisting patients Legal and Diversity Statement We will enrich and empower as many lives as possible by providing effective, innovative, and evidence‑based ABA treatment worldwide.
