Purpose / General Description:

Collaborate daily with Regional Sales Manager for assigned territory to execute the sales proposal process for our industry leading product lines to our North American customers and distribution network. Responsible for CRM activities and project documentation management. Support Regional Sales Manager in pipeline management activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide sales supportto Regional Sales Managertomaximize regional budget performance
• Review & communicate technical informationto customers, resellers and internal departments
• Prepare proposalsutilizing our Sales Run quotation software program
• Plan, implement and communicate project scope of work and schedule
• AssistRegional Sales Managers withsalespipeline management
• Engagewith Regional Sales Managers and Project Coordinatorsupon receipt of purchase order to ensure seamless internal handoff

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degreeora minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
• 3 years of CRM experience including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and data management
• In depth experience of sales quotation tools
• Working knowledge of qualifying opportunities, reviewing specifications/plans, and performing take-offs
• Displays high energy and enthusiasm under tight deadlines and work pressures
• Ability to clearly convey information and ideas through both verbal and written communication
• Ability to effectively work as an active and contributing member of a team to complete assignments and achieve goals
• Ability to use appropriate interpersonal skills and methods in difficult and complex situations to provide resolutions to customers
• Excellent time management skills 
• Experience with Microsoft Office is required and business writing is required
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus (verbal & written)
