A successful candidate is one who thrives in a fast and collaborative environment and has a proven track record of leveraging innate technical skills, business acumen, cross-functional engagement and executive presence to drive growth in the SaaS and / or Network Security Management and Optimization market. Your ImpactCross-Platform GTM: Design and execute upsell / cross-sell GTM motion for Strata Cloud Manager across form factors and supporting CDSS products.AI Automation & Efficiency: Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows to streamline the GTM lifecycle activities, from identifying high-propensity customers to automating pipeline management and proposal generation.Customer Adoption: Drive key initiatives to expand and accelerate feature adoption of Strata Cloud Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and growth opportunities Professional Services: Systemize professional services support offerings to scale migration efforts to encourage migration from legacy management tools to advanced AI-powered solutionsNew Feature Launches: Orchestrate field enablement, marketing campaigns and formulate offers for new feature launches in SCM.Work cross functionally across Product, Marketing, Sales, Channel to drive SCM strategies and sales programsDrive predictable pipeline and forecasting through measurement and reporting disciplineQualifications 8+ years of GTM Strategy, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations or equivalent experience - preference for 3+ years in top management consulting, private equity, top-tier tech strategy / “bizops” functions or GTM programsAI Aptitude: Familiarity with how AI/ML can be applied to business process automation and a conceptual understanding of security solutions.Cybersecurity Industry experience, especially in Network Security is preferred but not required Leadership: Proven experience in influencing sales teams and managing projects in the cybersecurity or SaaS domainGo-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Experience in developing and executing GTM strategies for high-priority products, including market analysis, product positioning, and customer engagementSales Support:Preferred experience collaborating with sales teams to create Bills of Materials (BOM), and assist in deal negotiations, ensuring security requirements are met in customer solutionsExcellent Communication:Ability to convey complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAnalytical Rigor: Expert-level proficiency in modeling and data visualization to turn pipeline raw data into actionable executive insights.Technical Brilliance: High familiarity with Gemini, NotebookLLM, BigQuery, SalesForce, Looker Studio, Google Apps for WorkCompensation DisclosureThe compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
