We are seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in employment litigation. The candidate will manage all aspects of plaintiff-side matters across DC, MD, and VA, researching and drafting pleadings while coordinating with a collaborative team.

The firm emphasizes client service, work-life balance, and a flexible hybrid work model. Strong academic credentials and admission in DC, MD, or VA are essential.

Qualifications

Attorney with 3-5 years of employment litigation experience

JD from ABA-accredited law school; strong academic background valued

Demonstrated research and writing skills; excellent communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

Independently handle plaintiff-side employment litigation across cases

Balance multiple deadlines with support staff and colleagues

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery while maintaining client service
