Senior Customer Marketing Manager

Senior Customer Marketing Manager We are partnering with a fast-growing healthcare AI platform to hire a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to build the customer evidence engine from zero to one. The product is proven in market; now we need someone who can systematically prove value through ROI storytelling, customer programs, and multi-format content that arms sales with sharp proof points.

Build and own the full customer evidence engine, defining how the company captures, validates, and tells ROI stories through case studies, testimonials, and other proof assets. - p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0">
Produce multi-format content (video, written, and audio) that highlights measurable outcomes for complex enterprise buyers in healthcare and other regulated environments. - p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0">
Launch the organization's first Customer Advisory Board (01): define audience, charter, cadence, member recruiting, and ongoing operating rhythm. - p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0">
Stand up and orchestrate a reference program, including sales references, analyst references, awards submissions, and a pipeline of customer speakers for events and webinars. - p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0">
Embed voice-of-customer across website, sales materials, ABM programs, events, press, and product launches in close partnership with brand, content, and design. - p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0">
Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Descript, Captions, HeyGen) as core infrastructure to compress production timelines and scale your impact without needing a large team.

4-8 years in B2B SaaS customer marketing, content marketing, or product marketing, with clear exposure to complex enterprise sales cycles. - p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0">
Experience building customer evidence programs: case studies, reference programs, CABs, and structured VOC initiatives tied to revenue. - p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0">
Background in high-growth vertical SaaS or B2B startup environments where you've operated with high ownership and ambiguity. - p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0">
Healthcare, healthtech, or other complex/regulated enterprise domain experience is strongly preferred. - p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0">
Hands-on multi-format content producer: comfortable driving interviews, scripting, and creating video, written, and audio assets yourself. - p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0">
Fluent with AI-native workflows and tools in your daily work (e.g., drafting, editing, repurposing content, and synthesizing customer insights).
