Business Systems Manager

Abbott seeks a Business Systems Manager to lead digital platform strategy, governance, and delivery for regulatory compliance and product stewardship systems. This role serves as the primary business systems partner, translating regulatory needs into scalable system solutions while managing implementations, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own business roadmap and lifecycle of GSR platforms including Compliance Map, REACH IS, and related solutions
Lead cross-functional initiatives and provide strategic insights and system analysis to support business needs
Serve as Business Process Owner for assigned systems, accountable for compliance, data integrity, and process effectiveness
Plan GSR tracking and trending activities, aligning resources to meet deliverables and managing vendor relationships

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in technical or analytical field such as IT, computer science, engineering, or data science
5-8 years of progressive experience in business systems analysis, regulatory systems, or product compliance
Strong data management capabilities including governance, quality controls, and analysis across integrated platforms
Professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Experience with business process ownership, system lifecycle management, and requirements definition

Compensation: $99,300–$198,700 base
