Now Hiring: Recruiter/Onboarding Coordinator – Riverside Office

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Recruiter/Onboarding Coordinator to join our Riverside team. This position requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, communicate professionally, and provide timely support to employees and candidates.

Position Details

• Location: Riverside office
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• Pay Rate: $23–$25 per hour, depending on experience
• Overtime: Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs
• Availability: Must be able to assist with occasional check-ins as early as 4:00 a.m. and as late as 10:00 p.m.
• Must occasionally respond to urgent, time-sensitive emails outside regular office hours

Primary Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, interview, and follow up with qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews and communicate job details and expectations
• Guide new employees through the complete onboarding process
• Collect, review, and maintain required onboarding documents
• Ensure employee information is complete, accurate, and properly filed
• Review and process employee timesheets daily
• Follow up promptly regarding missing, incomplete, or incorrect time entries
• Conduct morning and evening employee check-ins when assigned
• Respond to employee questions and resolve routine concerns
• Maintain regular communication with employees, candidates, supervisors, and clients
• Update recruiting and employee records accurately and on time
• Assist with attendance tracking and staffing needs
• Handle confidential employee information professionally
• Meet deadlines while managing several tasks and priorities
• Provide general administrative and recruiting support as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, staffing, onboarding, human resources, or administrative experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with email, spreadsheets, timesheets, and employee records
• Able to work independently and follow through on assignments
• Professional, dependable, and responsive
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Comfortable communicating with employees at different times of the day
• Flexible and willing to work mandatory overtime when needed
• Bilingual Must Know Spanish

The regular office schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Early-morning and late-evening responsibilities are occasional and will not occur every day. All required working time, including approved overtime and after-hours duties, must be accurately recorded.
