Our client is currently seeking a Technical Program Manager IV


Technical Program Manager IV - Philadelphia, PA 2-4 days onsite per week

• Technical Program Manager supporting global entertainment platforms
• Highly cross-functional role interfacing with engineering, product leadership, and senior technical stakeholders
• Focus on program-level oversight vs. hands-on engineering

• Own program management across multiple platforms and workstreams
• Manage dependencies across teams and systems
• Build and maintain dependency plans and track deliverables
• Drive execution across quarterly planning cycles, sprints, and critical path initiatives
• Ensure reporting and status roll-ups to leadership
• Actively contribute in meetings (not just coordination)

• Strong communication skills (must be clear, concise, and effective with technical stakeholders)
• Highly organized with strong program/project tracking capabilities
• Experience managing dependencies across complex environments
• Proven ability to track deliverables and drive accountability
• Familiarity with:
• Jira
• Confluence
• Smartsheet
• Exposure to AI tools is a plus (not required)

• Experience leading large-scale, high-impact programs
• Managing multiple programs or portfolios simultaneously
• Background supporting complex, technical product/engineering environments

• 7-10+ years of relevant program management experience

• Hybrid in Philadelphia
• 2-4 days onsite per week

• Job hopping / lack of tenure

• 15-30 minute initial phone screen
• 1-hour virtual technical interview with team members
