Pay: $20.00/hour Standard schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM5:30 PM EST

Candidates must be flexible to work shifts between 8:30 AM8:30 PM EST, MondayFriday, and 10:00 AM5:00 PM EST on Saturdays, as business needs require.

Location: Mesa, AZ 85201

We're looking for a customer-focused Customer Care Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll handle inbound calls from rental car customers, providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service. Our goal is to resolve customer concerns during the first interaction while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist rental car customers by providing information and resolving inquiries.
• Utilize available tools and resources to achieve first-call resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and processes.
• Navigate multiple computer applications while documenting customer interactions.
• Meet performance goals for quality, productivity, attendance, customer satisfaction, and schedule adherence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; inbound call center experience is preferred.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
