An established firm is seeking a dedicated Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join a growing sexual abuse litigation practice in Los Angeles, CA. Required Qualifications Active member of the California State Bar in good standing. Experience in sexual abuse preferably in federal court. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage a demanding caseload independently. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills. Key Responsibilities Evaluate case merits and develop litigation strategies. Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, and motions. Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations. Represent clients in court and arbitration proceedings. Research applicable laws, statutes, and case law. Provide client counseling throughout the litigation process.
