Astrix is seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts for mid-level, senior-level, leadership, and executive positions across a broad range of functions, including Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, Corporate, Human Resources, Finance, and Technology. The ideal candidate combines the consultative approach of a strategic talent advisor with the urgency, responsiveness, and execution focus of a top-performing staffing recruiter. This individual will manage multiple searches simultaneously, quickly adapt to changing business priorities, and consistently deliver exceptional talent in highly competitive markets. The Senior Recruiter will serve as a trusted partner to hiring leaders by providing talent intelligence, labor market insights, and innovative sourcing strategies that support critical business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-level, senior-level, leadership, and executive positions across multiple business units and functional disciplines. Successfully identify, attract, assess, and hire highly specialized, niche, and hard-to-fill talent. Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. Maintain ownership of multiple concurrent searches while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand organizational priorities, workforce planning initiatives, and hiring needs. Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing market intelligence, talent availability insights, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activity. Influence hiring decisions through a consultative approach grounded in data, market knowledge, and recruiting best practices. Provide recommendations that support long‑term workforce planning and succession strategies. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and recruit active and passive talent. Leverage advanced sourcing methodologies, networking strategies, referrals, and relationship‑driven recruiting techniques to attract top‑tier talent. Conduct talent mapping and competitor analysis to identify high‑performing professionals and emerging talent trends. Build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines for current, future, and confidential hiring needs. Monitor labor market conditions, workforce trends, compensation data, and competitive hiring activity. Deliver actionable talent intelligence that supports hiring strategies and business decision‑making. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to help leadership understand talent availability and recruiting challenges. Provide succession pipeline recommendations and workforce insights to key stakeholders. High-Volume Recruitment Execution Manage a fast‑paced requisition workload with a strong sense of urgency and accountability. Balance speed‑to‑hire with quality‑of‑hire while meeting aggressive hiring timelines. Quickly adapt to changing business priorities, hiring demands, and critical staffing needs. Drive recruitment processes efficiently and proactively to support business growth objectives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in staffing, agency, executive search, RPO, corporate recruiting, or a combination thereof. Demonstrated success recruiting for professional, technical, leadership, and hard‑to‑fill positions across multiple functional areas. Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing platforms. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent searches while meeting demanding hiring timelines. Strong consultation, influencing, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting within Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Engineering, Technology, or other highly specialized industries. Experience supporting executive‑level and confidential searches. Knowledge of workforce planning, talent mapping, market intelligence, and succession planning. Experience working in high‑growth or rapidly changing business environments.
