The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.

The Greenridge Group is seeking an experienced Scheduler IV to support capital improvement projects at Los Angeles Harbor College . This role requires strong experience in construction scheduling, delay analysis, change orders, claims, and cost-loaded schedules .

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate project schedules based on established project execution strategies.
• Review contractor schedules for contract compliance and quality.
• Perform Critical Path, Earned Value, and Time Impact Analyses .
• Evaluate change orders and amendments for schedule and budget impacts.
• Analyze project delays, potential claims, and contractor recovery schedules.
• Participate in change order negotiations.
• Review weekly and monthly schedule progress and present findings to management.
• Conduct construction/project site visits to evaluate and report progress.
• Perform cost analysis and compare actual expenditures against project budgets.
• Prepare cost-loaded schedules and cash-flow projections .
• Identify scheduling issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Work across multiple project sites as required.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of project or program scheduling experience on large construction programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field . Additional qualifying experience beyond the 10-year minimum may substitute for the degree.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project and Excel .
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and cost-engineering principles.
• Demonstrated experience performing Time Impact Analysis .
• Experience with construction claims and change orders .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel between assigned project sites as needed.
