responsibilities:

• Installation & Commissioning: Lead the on-site setup, assembly, and testing of high-precision 5-Axis CNC machining centers to exact specification.

• Advanced Diagnostics & Repair: Perform complex mechanical, electrical, and mechatronic troubleshooting across Fanuc 31i and Siemens 840D control systems.

• Root Cause Failure Analysis: Conduct deep-dive technical evaluations on machine components, spindles, automation systems, and drive lines to prevent recurring issues.

• Client Consultation & Support: Partner directly with customer engineering teams on-site, providing expert guidance, technical training, and remote troubleshooting via phone and email.

• Parts Logistics & Field Documentation: Coordinate with aftermarket sales to source required spare parts/tooling and generate clear, professional field service reports.
