THE POSITION:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

The Associate Team Lead’s main responsibilities are to clean and maintain the equipment that the

customer provides for service and to work as directed by the management team. In addition to the

technician duties, the Associate Team Lead will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for Operations Managers and on-site supervisor to deliver on

our current operations process. Work directly with our operations team to ensure our team is

empowered and delivers with our promise of superb service.

• Daily uniform inspections.

• Responsible for daily disinfection, cleaning and distribution of targeted mobile equipment.

• Coordinate daily process and oversee supporting technicians on-site.

• Develop client relationship by introducing yourself to each unit manager and nursing team.

• Communicate clearly with our progress. Includes customer satisfaction feedback, team

productivity, operations efficiency and areas for opportunity.

• Coordinate Team Member breaks to ensure accurate coverage designated by contract. Cover

various shifts as needed.

• Be able to perform all other positions as needed.

• Train new hires as needed.

• Attend weekly/monthly calls with Operations Support.

• Ensure supplies are replenished and to notify operations managers if any supplies need

replenishing.

• Ensure Policy Binder is accessible and properly reviewed by each team member.

• Step in as Team Lead and lead projects / daily responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in English with excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Must be comfortable using a laptop or computer and familiar with Microsoft Office.

• Must be able to perform Technician components of the job.
