Our culture is based on core values, pride, diversity, and a family‑centric approach. Position Overview Lead Appian Associate (Full‑Time, Remote) for Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). Responsibilities Work closely with clients, product owners, and stakeholders to design and implement software solutions that best meet business needs. Plan, lead, and manage resources on complex Appian software development projects. Mentor and develop Junior and Mid‑Level Appian Developers and maintain technical knowledge. Required Skills 2 to 4 years leading Appian software development teams. Experience with database and system integration. 5 to 8 years working on software development engagements (Appian preferred). Experience in an Agile environment. Education Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as software engineering, engineering, computer science, etc. What Will Make You Stand Out Good communication. Variety of technical expertise including process modeling, user interface design, and data modeling. Ability to identify and evaluate new or alternate technologies to fill technical or functional gaps of the applications. Higher level experience in requirement discovery, BPM best practices, and design/build of BPM applications; can lead a team in these activities. Can manage the finances of the assigned work area (client‑facing or internal). Worked in a variety of industries and leverage diverse experience throughout project planning, execution, and delivery. Can assess how the created/updated Appian objects and pull request fit into the bigger picture and spot major logic errors. Ability to communicate technical requirements across enterprise applications.
