Document maintenance work and report any major issues to management. Collaborate with other team members to improve property conditions. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. Previous experience in maintenance, preferably in residential settings. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to be on‑call for emergencies as needed.
