Job Summary The Senior Radiologic Technologist (x‑ray technologist or radiographer) is responsible for providing patient care and technical expertise in the operation of all x‑ray equipment for diagnostic imaging purposes. The Senior Radiologic Technologist mentors and provides oversight of the area in the absence of supervisor. Minimum Qualifications Degrees: H.S. Diploma or GED; Must be a graduate of a JRCERT accredited program. Licenses & Certification: Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (Licensed by Texas Medical Board) Certified Rad Tech Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required Basic Life Support (Current CPR) certification from a hospital‑based American Heart Association (AHA) approved program. Work Experience: Two (2) years experience as Radiologic Technologist. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal (public speaking), writing/composing, writing reports.
