We are not looking for someone who simply records videos. We want a creative professional who knows how to create engaging content that gets attention, generates leads, and helps grow a company. If you live on social media, understand content strategy, and have a portfolio that proves you can create high-quality videos, we want to talk to you. Responsibilities Film residential painting, cabinet refinishing, and home improvement projects Capture before, during, and after transformations Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms Edit short-form and long-form videos Create reels, stories, testimonials, and promotional content Develop creative content ideas and marketing campaigns Follow current social media trends and apply them to our business Work closely with ownership to grow brand awareness and lead generation Travel to job sites throughout Metro Detroit Requirements MUST HAVE Minimum 3+ years of professional videography experience Extensive experience filming and editing social media content Strong portfolio demonstrating successful content creation Your own professional camera equipment Your own lenses, lighting, audio equipment, and editing setup Expert knowledge of video editing software Reliable transportation Ability to work independently with little supervision Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Drone license and drone equipment Experience working with home service businesses Photography experience Graphic design skills Knowledge of paid social media advertising What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can walk into a jobsite, identify great content opportunities, capture professional footage, edit compelling videos, and help us dominate social media.
