Duties

* Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living(ADLs) such as bathing, dressingm and mobility support using tools like Hoyer lifts when necessary

*Administer medicat ions following medical documentation protocols and home healthcare regulations under supervision or as authrized

*Perform ligh housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, landry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe enviroment for patients.

*Maintain strict adherence to HIPPA guidlines to protect patient confidentiality and privacy at all times

Experience

* Prior experience working as a Home Health Aid or assisted living facilties is preferred but will train

*Knowledge of home health regulations and best practices for patients safety

*Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform and perform tasks such as transferring patients using Hoyer liftsor other assistive devices.

*Strong care giving skills complemented by excellent communication abilities to collabrate effectively with healthcare teand and family members.
