We're growing and looking for a dependable Executive Assistant to help keep things organized and moving forward behind the scenes.

This position works directly with the owner and leadership team to help manage schedules, communication, follow-ups, and day-to-day operations.

If you're organized, proactive, good with people, and enjoy keeping things on track, this could be a great long-term opportunity.

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of tasks, stay ahead of deadlines, and help bring structure to a busy construction company.

• Support the owner and leadership team with daily administrative tasks
• Manage calendars, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups
• Help keep projects, documents, and communication organized
• Coordinate office activities and team meetings
• Track action items and make sure important tasks don't fall through the cracks
• Communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members
• Help keep multiple projects and priorities moving smoothly
• Make sure tasks are completed accurately and on time

• 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative, or Operations Support role
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-starter who can get things done without constant supervision
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Honest, accountable, and reliable
• Construction or project-based business experience is a plus, but not required

• Leadership can focus on big-picture priorities because schedules, communication, and follow-ups are handled
• Tasks get completed on time without constant reminders
• The office runs smoothly and stays organized
