Scrum Master

Required Skills And Qualifications Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Agile delivery, with preference for experience in clinical settings, EHR systems, or healthcare data. Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare standards (HL7/FHIR), EHR systems, or medical device technology is often preferred. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage conflict and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
