Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Product Manager/Product Owner with deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform and a strong technical background. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and leadership to drive the vision, roadmap, and successful delivery of ServiceNow‑based solutions. The candidate should possess exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and product ownership skills, along with hands‑on knowledge of ServiceNow modules, platform capabilities, integrations, and enterprise workflows. Required Skills 12+ years of overall IT experience. 5+ years as Product Owner/Product Manager managing ServiceNow initiatives. Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities. Experience managing ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Strong Agile/Scrum experience. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams. Experience with integrations, APIs, workflows, and enterprise platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ca One
