Job Description

Dinamic AS Group is seeking a confident and motivated Team Leader to join our Nashville team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, taking initiative, and helping a team stay focused on shared goals.

The Team Leader will support daily operations, coordinate team activities, provide guidance to team members, and help maintain high standards of productivity and professionalism. You will work closely with management while developing valuable leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for someone who leads by example, communicates effectively, and can create an environment where team members feel supported and motivated to perform at their best.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members throughout daily operations.
• Coordinate assignments, priorities, and workflow to help the team meet its goals.

• Assist with onboarding, training, and development of team members.

Additional Information

• Competitive Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 per year.
