Key Personnel is seeking a Client Success Account Manager (Sales) in Tulsa, OK

Client Success Account Manager (Sales) Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm CST

Client Success Account Manager (Sales) Pay Range: $17/hr

Client Success Account Manager (Sales) Job Summary:

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, providing consultative sales support and recommending tailored software solutions. This role is responsible for driving client satisfaction and business growth by managing sales activities, coordinating product demonstrations, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Client Success Account Manager (Sales) Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with inside and outside sales teams to manage follow-ups on sales activities.
• Provide consultative sales services by identifying client needs and recommending solutions.
• Organize and coordinate product demonstrations for software offerings.
• Actively sell products and services to new and existing clients.
• Finalize sales by submitting required documentation accurately and timely.
• Proactively follow up on leads, referrals, and client inquiries.
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing to prepare presentations and sales materials.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on enhancements.
• Assist with administrative tasks to support sales and client success teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Client Success Account Manager (Sales) Teamwork & Customer Service Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent communication.
• Engage with clients via phone, email, and virtual meeting platforms.
• Provide clear, professional, and timely communication to ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify client needs and deliver customized solutions aligned with business goals.
• Support long-term client success through proactive follow-up and engagement.

Client Success Account Manager (Sales) Technical & Software Skills

Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• CRM experience and strong data entry skills.
• Typing speed of 65+ WPM with high accuracy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Client Success Account Manager (Sales) Preferred Skills:

• Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Teams, GoToMeeting, etc.).
• Familiarity with digital marketing, website solutions, or SaaS products.

Client Success Account Manager (Sales) Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with computers and software.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or account management preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated with a client-focused mindset.
