Veterans Housing Stabilization Case Manager (4x10)

Volunteers of America Northern California and Northern Nevada (VOA-NCNN) is recruiting for a full-time Case Manager on the SSVF team to support very low-income Veteran families toward permanent housing. Under general supervision, you will develop case management plans, maintain files, coordinate with the Veterans Administration and community partners, monitor progress toward housing goals, and ensure program compliance.
