Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, enabling clients to access care in a safe, familiar environment.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, crafting tailored treatment plans that address specific goals.

• Document session notes and maintain accurate clinical records using our electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with fellow mental health professionals and support staff to enhance client care strategies.

• Stay informed on best practices, ethical guidelines, and evolving methodologies in teletherapy to ensure your practices are current and effective.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. You will focus on providing empathetic support and evidence-based interventions, making a meaningful difference in their lives. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A current LMFT license valid in the state of California.

• Minimum of three years of experience providing therapy remotely or through telehealth.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in working with a variety of client populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. Additionally, previous experience in a virtual care environment will be beneficial.
