Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence
• Administer or assist with medications as permitted by certification level (Med Techs)
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to the appropriate care team members
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary needs and preferences
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being and quality of life

Requirements:

• Current certification or experience as a PCA, HHA, CNA, GNA, Med Tech, or professional Caregiver
• Valid state certification where applicable (CNA, GNA, or Med Tech licensure in Maryland preferred)
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting is a plus
• Own transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Baltimore/Carroll County area
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Ability to pass a background check and meet all state and company compliance requirements
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality care
