Position Founders Ridge is seeking a LPN to join our Assisted Living team in Bloomington, MN. We are currently hiring for: Part-Time: Every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) 7:00 AM-3:30 PM 16 hrs per pay period Founders Ridge is a small close knit community of residents and employees, surrounded by the quiet West Bloomington neighborhood, close to highways 169, 494 and 35W. Responsibilities The purpose of your position is to put “Smiles in the Eyes of our Residents” by fulfilling Presbyterian Homes’ mission, purpose, motto, commitment to service, promise, and practices. You will be responsible for the provision and monitoring of high-quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices. You will monitor the work of Medication Assistants, Resident Assistants and Resident Aides in the community on his/her assigned shift. You will report directly to the RN, Clinical Coordinator or Clinical Administrator as designated at the site and may take direction from the Community Coordinator. Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in state(s) in which he/she practices. Current CPR certification. Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices. Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies. Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers. Pay Range The estimated starting pay range for this role is $30.76 - $32.99 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
