Recruitment Range $39,244 – $53,000 Responsibilities Determine applicant eligibility for unemployment insurance benefits based on separation reasons. Review and evaluate claim information, investigate conflicting information from applicants and employers. Ensure all pertinent information is documented in the case file. Apply applicable law to issue formal eligibility determinations and first‑level decisions regarding continued eligibility for benefits based on weekly filing requirements. Interpret laws and rules, analyze facts, and determine appropriate actions in a production‑oriented environment. Maintain accurate case records and coordinate services to ensure timely and accurate benefit delivery. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in eligibility determination, case management, and claims processing. Strong communication and customer service skills to obtain relevant and accurate information from all interested parties. Ability to analyze facts, evaluate conflicting information, and accurately apply relevant law. Bachelor’s degree from an appropriately accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
